On April 16, 2025, the Institute of People Management (IPM) Namibia actively participated in Triumphant College’s Career & Internship Workshop, aiming to bridge the gap between academic learning and the professional world for students. CEO Lisa Matomola, accompanied by Uajorisa Mbaha, engaged with attendees, emphasizing the pivotal role of mentorship in empowering students for real-world success.

In a move to further support aspiring HR professionals, IPM Namibia extended an invitation to students to join the institute as members for a nominal fee of N$300.
