Students, Step Into HR: IPM Namibia Inspires Future Professionals at Triumphant College
On April 16, 2025, the Institute of People Management (IPM) Namibia actively participated in Triumphant College’s Career & Internship Workshop, aiming to bridge the gap between academic learning and the professional world for students. CEO Lisa Matomola, accompanied by Uajorisa Mbaha, engaged with attendees, emphasizing the pivotal role of mentorship in empowering students for real-world success.
During the workshop, Matomola highlighted how guidance from experienced professionals can significantly influence students’ career trajectories. Mbaha shared insights into the practical aspects of human resource management, providing attendees with a clearer understanding of the industry’s expectations.
In a move to further support aspiring HR professionals, IPM Namibia extended an invitation to students to join the institute as members for a nominal fee of N$300. This membership offers students access to a wealth of resources, networking opportunities, and industry events, serving as a valuable stepping stone into the HR field.

Triumphant College, known for its commitment to academic excellence and practical training, provided an ideal platform for this collaboration. The institution offers a range of accredited programs, including degrees, diplomas, and certificates across various disciplines.(triumphant.edu.na)
